avocado and pear salad

Hi All,
    Actually there is no real recipe for this salad. So here goes.
    1 avocado wash cut in half and using a small spoon and gently scoop the meat out. Remove the seed, and slice rather thin.
    Wash your pear I use bosc or bartlet then also slice thinly. There is no need to peel. On desert plate alternate the fruit slices and arrange in a circle. Next squeeze fresh lemon juice over all. For my boys I placed a cherry in the center .Sure makes it look pretty. At the end I drizzled a teaspoon of honey over all. I don't use honey for myself. I was thinking about agave syrup but don't have any and really don't know how to use it.
    I hope you enjoy this salad as it really is yummy.

The Agave is not any better than the honey.
Its Ok for those not wanting to loose, but best to stay off it if you have trouble with sweet cravings.

Thanks Linda, I was thinking it must be somewhat like honey so never bought it.
