Just found this and thought it looked really good and really simple.

SUMMER BEAN SALAD
Serves: 6
Hands-on time: 2 minutes
Total time: 6 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
•3 cups frozen edamame
•2 1/2 cups fresh corn
•1/3 cup red onion, diced
•1/2 tsp ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Combine all ingredients in a microwavable dish. Heat on high for 4 to 5 minutes.
If you love corn, you can use your own frozen, blanched kernels to make this salad!
