This is like my Oklahoma or Texas Caviar. My caviar has corn and minced pickled jalapeno slices in it too. I leave out the avacado as well. I have so many choices on the board that I never get bored!! I really love being stuffed when I leave the table. Eating out packs on the fat and gives you indigestion, and it is losing it's appeal with me. I think I'll roast some veggies so we can have a picnic after church on Sabbath, out at the lake. I'll have to look back at my post and recreate the beach picnic. Enjoy life, Live De Life!!
