BLACK BEAN & FRESH CORN SALAD

The Black Bean & Corn Reciepe sounds great. I'm a newbie & just got my book from Amazon.com. Is this a lunch reciepe for lunch with protien ? --or--dinner, no protien? For dinner I'm just having popcorn & fruit. It's working so well, I'm almost afraid to change

Also has anyone had any experience with "tostitos" corn chips? This sounds almost too good to be true. On another note, will corn starch slow things down? Again, Thanks for any info--Beej
