I was doing a search on the site for a new chicken breast recipe and found this. It sounds incredible.
So....I have another question. Being the non-domestic type person that I am....I think I've seen someone on the cooking channel make roasted peppers on the grill too without cutting them or seeding them. I think I remember them cooking them until the skin appears dark, charred and then putting them in a plastic bag to steam, then taking them apart when cooled. Is that another possible way or am I remembering something wrong???
