I loved Worcestershire sauce, but threw it out even before LDL. Can't remember now if it had corn syrup or MSG in it. Ended up bying a steak sauce made in Texas. I am looking forward to the day when they finally get it right. I am sure there is not enough in it to make alot of difference. And the amount used (1TBSP for a large salad) is small in comparrason. I just had to get it out of the house or I would be putting it on everything.

Worcestershire sauce will often have both corn syrup and MSG. There are a few that are MSG free but they still contain corn syrup.
