How to reduce the vinegary taste of three bean salad mixes?
I've bought cans of three bean mix from the store and a jar from Costco, and I cannot seem to get rid of the vinegary taste. I've tried rinsing them well with water before adding them to what I'm making (salad, etc), but the vinegary taste overpowers everything else. Is there a good way to get rid of that taste?

Sometimes a little LDL approved sugar substitute will help...if offsets the acid taste.

I was going over the old posts and came across this one. I use a little lemon juice with the vinegar, a little sugar substitute or a tablespoon of 100% apple juice concentrate.
