SPICES UP YOU LIFE WITH THIS,








    CAJUN CHICKEN GUMBO == NEEDWIFE STYLE LOL



BOIL UP 6 LBS OF CHICKEN BREAST UNTIL DONE  ( SAVE BROTH)
CUT UP 1 LB. OF TURKEY SAUSAGE LINKS 1/2 INCH LONG (SET THEM ASIDE)
TAKE BROTH AND ADD WATER TILL YOU HAVE ABOUT 3 QTS.
TAKE 2 -12 OZ. CANS OF PINTO BEANS AND RINSE AND PUREE FOR (ROUX)
2-LARGE ONIONS CHOPPED
2-BELL PEPPERS CHOPPED
3-CELERY STALKS CHOPPED
1-TEASP.GARLIC POWDER
1-TEASP.ONION POWDER
1-TLBS. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
3-CUPS OKRA (CHOPPED)
1-TEAS. SALT
2-TEAS. CAJUN OR CREOLE SEASONING

ADD SAUSAGE TO BROTH AND ADD ALL INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT CHICKEN )

BRING TO A BOIL FOR 2 MINS. THEN LET SIMMER ON LOW FOR 1 HR.

THE LAST  10 MINS. OF COOKING ADD THE CHICKEN BACK TO THE POT.


SERVE OVER BROWN OR WILD RICE.
