Mary, this sounds wonderful and for once I have everything on hand!
I will make it tomorrow.
If it turns out good for me, I will be going back to store for more to make for grandkids and daughter while they are here.

Well, Mary, finally got around to fixing this today.
Hubby was growling about it not wanting to try something new.
But when it was done he ate more of it than anyone.
He especially liked it topped with my home-made salsa.
It's a hit here and will make it regularly.
