1 bag frozen southwest peppers and onions
1/2 bag tyson grilled chicken chunks
1 can of black beans
Put everything in a skillet with a tablespoon of oil and 1/3 cup of water
cook until done
SO YUMMY~! .... even my husband LOVED it!

Thanks, Tiffany, I must try this, especially after spending two hours this weekend preparing Mary's delicious "Beef Potato Pie". (Love BPP, Mary, but for me, anyway, it's probably the most labor-intensive of all the recipes I've tried.)
