Tuna Bar-B-Que

1 t chopped onion
3-4 T ketchup
1 T low fat mayo or fat free mayo
1 t apple cider vinegar
1 t splenda
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in saucepan till warm.

Add 1 can white Albacore tuna packed in water, drained and
flaked, to the sauce.  Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Very good!!

Betty, This sounds so yummy...I was just thinking the other day about salmon crouquets Mom used to fry...this would be a healthy alternative...Thanks!!

I never thought about it Ang, but I don't see why we couldn't make this up just like the recipe calls for and then make patties out of them and put them on the grill.  I'm just not sure how we would get them to stick together without using flour.  Do you have any ideas?  Actually, it would be good just to put it on a bed of lettuce.

Thank you, Mary.  That sounds like a great idea to use ground pop corn and maybe an egg to make the tuna bar-b-que sick together.  I will try that.

Also, thank you, Ang, for your warm welcome back.  I am so pumped up and ready to get serious about losing the weight LDL style.  I was messing around with it before.  Now, I am sooooo determined.
