Jean's Artichoke burgers

1/2 lb ground chicken
1/2 lb ground round
1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg white
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 small green pepper chopped

Mix all together and cook on you Forman or other grill.  Enjoy

thanks Roger, my husband and I love burgers and I had this huge jar of marinated artichokes that I didn't know what I was going to do with, so now I will make up a big batch of these burgers and freeze for those rushed days when I don't really have time to cook.  God bless you.  Jean
