Neeta's Meatloaf

Does anyone know how well Neeta's Meatloaf freezes? Right now I'm the only one in my house following the plan and while it's excellent, it's too much for me to finish in a couple of days so I'm considering freezing it.

Hi Julie,  I just made the meatloaf last week and I always make a double recipe and then I get 3 small meatloaf and I freeze them and have them ready anytime I want one.  Jean
