I looked for this recipe on the boards the other day and it said the link no longer worked. So thought I'd add the new link. Am making this tonight. It's been a couple of years since I last had it but....it is sooooo good! Used to make it almost weekly with roasted veggies! Yum!

Thanks so much for bringing this up top. I didn't have a pork roast the first time I did this, only a chicken. And that came out fantastic!
Then used it on a round beef roast exchanging the rosemary with tarragon, cuz that's what I had in the house. This is one of my favorites "sauces" now. The jam really takes the "tang" from the vinegar ( which I love but DH, not so much) This leaves nothing but flavor!! It's a goodie, goodie yummy thang! I have to double the recipe now. DH thinks it gravy..LOL.
