JF, that is so funny!! I admit I was wondering !
I love easy recipes, as soon as they have more than 1/2 dozen ingredients I go cross eyed!
Jo Paul, all is good! Hope to see more posts from you in the new year

Re: CHICKEN SALAD LETTUCE WRAP
I'm doing well with jumping back on the wagon. I wasn't totally off the wagon, just relaxing a bit. I've made a few great recipes (chicken and wild rice in the crock pot - without the rice- the rice was on the side for hubby), LPs fabulous broccoli surprise salad, chicken salad, and my own creation:
Imitation crab stir fry (needs food police approval)
olive oil, onions, garlic, frozen red and green peppers, imitation crab meat and old bay for seasoning
I sure hope this recipe passes the once over from the food police. I do love this one.
I will make the cauliflower pizza soon, love that recipe.
Cameron, I'm with you on the 6 ingredients of less. It's simple, fun and enables you to get out of the kitchen in a short amount of time. More time for reading, walking etc.
Lots of Love,
Tina (jopaul)

Re: CHICKEN SALAD LETTUCE WRAP
This sounds fabulous! I love lettuce wraps and chicken salad is one of my favs. I had forgotten all about adding apples and such to it! It's crazy how we can make something, LOVE it and then completely forget about it. LOL! I'm going to put these things on my shopping list for next week! Glad to see you back again. *HUGS*
