I've read recipes on here that mention "bean flour". What is this and how do I make it? I don't see a need for it, but my Dad is interested.

I bought it at our health food store. It is garbanzo flour but I didn't care for the taste of t when I used it. It was very strong tasting. I found the popcorn flour has wonderful flavor and can be used in place of the garbanzo flour in the recipes I have looked at.
