brandos lasagna
Just had the lasagna in the book..SO GOOD!!!! I added a layer of fresh spinach over the zuchini YUM

I thought of adding Spinach! Glad to hear it turned out well! I'll do the same thing next time I make it!
The more nutrition the better and I love Spinach anyway!

That sounds interesting SweetRose!
The last time I made the Lasagna. I didn't have all the ingredients so I substituted Venison and some other things. I wouldn't recommend it but I still enjoyed it!

I made brandos lasagna and loved it. The funny thing is my hubby wouldn't try it. He mistakenly took my lunch to work one day (so he had to eat it) and really liked it. Do you cut your zuccini long ways or just like cucumbers? I did the cucumber cut.

When Roger did the demo on the 700 Club he cut the zucchini longways.

Brando's Lasagna is one of my Absolute FAVORITES!!!!
I also love the Pizza Soup and Taco soup..
Am making a multi bean soup tonight w/ chicken flavor....Our "Bean Queen" would be happy to hear of the use of beans....Has Niki been on at all lately?? I miss her banter!
