Hi H2Odiva,

As far as lean red meat is concerned, you can eat all you want.

Regarding potatoes, they are a definite NoNo. However, you will NEVER crave them! When you eat the LARGE-ONLY BUTTER-BEAN MASHED POTATOES (Little Mary's Mashed Potatoes) and the LARGE-ONLY BUTTER-BEAN POTATO CAKES (again, Little Mary's), these Delicious simple recipes will not only eliminate your cravings, but YOU WILL LOVE THE AMAZING TASTE of them!

Note to those people who say they can't eat beans: You Are Eating Them, every time you drink a cup of coffee...And, there is a product called Beano, which will help you until your body adjusts to eating lots of the many different kinds of beans, legumes & lentils.
