Just realized I previously posted my weight loss in the wrong area (general discussion), so I am copying it here:

One month weigh-in success

I am so excited.  I had my one-month weigh-in today (and I didn't weigh for 30 days), and I got on the scales today and I have lost 7 pounds!!!!!  I was just hoping for 5 lbs.  I might have even lost 8 lbs really, because for Valentine's Day my hubby and I went to Red Lobster and I ate fried flounder, tartar sauce, baked potato, ceasar salad and shared a piece of Red Lobsters "Wave" cake with my husband (which was so chocolaty and rich),so I might have even put on a pound with that meal!  I'm so happy with the weight loss.  Thank you God and thank you Roger for LDL.  Jerrie

Congratulations on completing the first month of this wonderful WOE. Just think you can eat this way the rest of your life and be healthy and have delicious foods and NEVER HAVE TO GO HUNGRY!!!!
