I'm not sure if this is the place to ask this or not, but here goes... I just started ldl 3 days ago, I am hungry all the time, according to the book I'm not suppose to eat between meals. What to do? I eat an awful lot of fruit for breakfast and normal lunch until I'm full, then popcorn for dinner. Is it normal to be hungry all the time?

For the first 2 weeks or so you will be hungry as your body detoxes.
Eat whenever you are hungry and eat until full until the cravings and hunger goes away.
You will learn which foods hold you longer, and which ones don't.
Even eating what seems like 6 or 7 MEALS a day (as long as everything is LDL allowed) you will still start loosing inches (and weight if you have alot to loose). When things settle down, and you can eat pure LDL you will find the weight and inches really falling off.
Come back often and ask lots of questions.

tinkerbell...if you are only 3 days in, you should be eating EVERY TIME YOU ARE HUNGRY!!! no matter how often that is!!!
and eat until you are full of the approved foods every time you eat!!!! that is very important!! do you have the book?? if you do reread it! everything you need to know is in the book!!
