Thanks Y'all. 
It is such a wonderful feeling just eating healthy again. I swear I wish I could tell you why I took so long to get 100% on plan again but I can't. I guess we all do things in our own time. I'm just so happy to be back on track and feeling good about my choices again.

Hey Y'all,
Stepped on the scale again this morning and I'm down a total of ten pounds so far. Ten pounds released back into the universe for some poor soul that really NEEDS ten pounds. Never to come back and live on my body again! It's gonna be a great day!
