Thanks! Doing so well on this has especially surprised me because (1) I had never met a diet plan I could stay on any serious length of time, (2) when I started LDL, I was totally not "psyched" or upbeat about this way of eating or the likelihood of success, (3) I've always been what they call a slow loser, and (4) I'm (almost) 58 and post-menopausal.  Apparently, we're supposed to be gaining, not losing. (Though I guess that could happen down the road, but I'm going to try not to help it along.)
