I've been eating the "Let's Do Lunch" way for 2 weeks today & I weighed this morning and have lost 11 pounds! The receipe cards are a life saver and on this plan I never get hungry!!!!!!!! My husband is doing this with me and he has lost 10 pounds! I wanted to lose about 50 pounds so I've only got 39 to go! YES!
