Hey everyone. I'm back.

1st time on LDL...I started in the fall of 2009, lost 88 pounds in 16 months, and kept it off as long as I stuck to the program. Over the last year and a half I have gained 30 lbs.

2nd time. I started on Jan 5th and have lost 8 lbs in 9 days. I forgot how great I felt eating the LDL way!!

Looking forward to being more active on here.
