My husband and I began the Let's Do Lunch program one week ago and have seen very good results so far. Even though Roger recommends not weighing very often, we weighed after one week just to see how things were so far. My husband had lost 9 pounds and I had lost 7 in just one week! Keep in mind that you always lose quickly at first, but it is very rewarding to receive instant results. It keeps you excited about continuing. Also, we LOVE the frozen grapes!! They are such a great snack to keep in the freezer at all times. We have found the red ones to be especially sweet. No cravings for unacceptable sweets when you keep them on hand. Good luck to all!
