Let's Do Lunch Community

Today I went to my doctor to be weighed.  I THOUGHT that it was a month, but when I got home I realized it's only been three weeks and two days.  Anyway, I have lost 6 pounds! 

I am so happy because not ONCE have I been hungry on this plan.  I have noticed in the last couple of days that my ability to eat as much food is diminishing.    YAY!! 

I just want to say thank you to ALL of you for your sharing on these boards.  Even though I haven't spoken to some of you directly, you all have said things at one time or another that have helped me.  Thank you Roger for your obedience and for sharing with others.

I give all the praise the honour and the glory to God.  Thank you father for loving me IN SPITE of myself!
