I started out at 150lbs. which isn't real bad but, I was climbing fast. The only way I could keep it down was starving and it would go up if I ate one thing. After starting your way of eating my weight went down. In a week and a half I lost 8lbs. without even trying. The next week there was a stand still but I continued to do as you instructed and now I find 2 more lbs. have dropped and I feel great. I am now at 140lbs. and plan to continue this way of eating. I feel healthy and look better everyday. Let all to know dont quit it really works.
