I've lost too!

Hello, My name is Sam. My sister is Lexi, and my mom is Shannon. I am using my grandpa's computer so that is why it says Mike on the screen. I just want to let you all know that I have lost 11 lbs and I really like the LDL food. My mom and sister have lost a lot of weight too. I want to say thanks to all of you for your support. Hopefully we will keep losing. Merry Christmas to all... Sam B.

CONGRATULATIONS to all your family on the great weight loss! I am so glad that your grandpa let you use his computer to write to us.
Keep on keeping on...to you and your whole family. Since you are all learning a great way to eat, and a healthy way too, you should have a great life and not have to fight weight problems.

sam...it's so wonderful to hear from you...i remember when lexi posted about how well you were all doing.....i struggled with my weight all my life because i didn't have let's do lunch.....thank God that you guys don't have to do that......learning to eat this way at your young age is going to change your lives(IS changing your lives)....keep up the good work and have a great new year.........sincerely,niki
