Good work, Bruce!
My experience has been the same. Total loss 22 lbs. since Oct. 5. It is still hard to believe that I'm not hungry all the time. I guess our commission is to let people know that there is something that works for those of us who have failed in the past with weight loss. I also know that prayer works and that Roger is praying for all of us.
