To all my LDL family I have a praise report:
GOD IS SO GOOD,On Jan5th I started LDL and in September 19th I have lost 100 pound!!! Praise God Hallelujah. My sugar is great, All my test were normal Praise God, I feel so much better I don't get depression like I used to Praise God. Those FOOD is not my lover BUT LDL is my lover Praise God.
Thank God for brother Roger for he is HERO......GOD BLESS HIM
P.S. Don't let satan get you But put your trust in God he is the truthfull.

Yipes!! amazing!! Congratulations. Can you please tell us what your eating day looks like? Perhaps it may help my hubby...he sees all of you losing and me losing and he's exactly the same after about 5 months on LDL.

YES I do I have 125 pound more to go but praise God He is with me every day 7/24.I Do excalty what Roger wrote in the book I just follow him.I thank God for Brother Roger He is our HERO.

oops...i counted wrong(i don't know how....i HAVE 10 fingers)...you're right.....well....8 months is really great too...actually better.....losing it slower is always better...it gives your body a chance to recuperate....niki
