i year ago today my life changed for what i think will be forever. ive only lost 30 lds but have gained a ton of HOPE.
thank you God for giving this diet to Roger and thank you Roger for sharing it with us.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! ON YOUR NEW LIFE STYLE!

I was looking at your weight loss ticker...and I happened to notice that you have lost 60% of your weight in that first year. You need to be congratulated!! You have come a long way...BABY!!!!

Keep on keeping on...on LDL...and stay on board the train...and we will all be in SKINNYTOWN before we know it!
