I'm a California girl and former USC cheerleader who had to resort to loose clothing, until I decided to Let's Do Lunch. I honestly didn't believe that my cravings for bread and pasta would be eliminated by eating foods with beans, corn and peas in them. Likewise, I didn't believe that beans, corn and peas are non-fattening and can be eaten until full. Boy was I wrong! I no longer crave anything, have lost 17 pounds and am back into form-fitting clothes. I LOVE LET'S DO LUNCH!
