6 weeks and going strong
After being on the diet for 6 weeks, I had lost 11 pounds. While that is not as much as some people have done in that amount of time, it is 11 pounds less than I weighed before! I do not call this a diet anymore. I just do not eat certain foods. It is hard to convince people of that. As long as it is working for me than who cares what they think I guess. Melissa
