Granalin,  glad to see you are reading a lot of the posts.  You can get a lot of good ideas from them and encouragement.  But if you check at the top of the posts it gives the date that it was posted.  The last 3 posts I read that you had posted were 1 to 2 years old.  How about posting where you found LDL, when did you start, and how you are doing.  Also,  if you go to the top of the page there is a link for "Show unread posts since your last visit" .  Click on this and you will see the most recent posts in all categories.
