That's right! I have lost 20lbs since starting LDL May 18th! This is absolutely the most successful WOE I have ever experienced. I lost weight before on other programs..but it was HARD..it was a struggle every step of the way. This has not been at all....sure there have been days that are tougher then others, but that is just life I think.
Preplan (always make sure you have food on hand and prepared)
One day at a time (do not become overwhelmed by the big picture)
Be gentle with yourself (live your life and do not have unrealistic expectations)
I would not have been this successful without my friends here on the boards. The support of everyone, the love and laughter keep me going...keep me headed in the right direction. I am thankful to each and everyone of you.

Congrats Jaz! I'm so proud of you!! I can't wait til I can hit 20lbs gone forever too!! I'll catch up soon, hopefully!!

Keep up the good work!! Great Job!! Isn't it great to feel so motivated and healthy. Are you doing any specific type of exercise?
