That's right! I have lost 20lbs since starting LDL May 18th!

Oh Jazmyn I am so happy for you!!!!!!!!!  Proud of you too girl!!!!  You are schlooping along very nicely!  I'm glad to get back to these boards to see such good news.

wow!!!!  congratulations!!  I started LDL May 26th and I have lost 22 pounds.  You are doing amazing.  I agree this is the best way to live your life.  I am excersising 7 days a week, taking 2 classes and walking the rest of the days.  I am so happy for you.  It is our NEW way of life.  Easy, fun and good food.  Keep up the good work!!

You guys are awesome!  This is an old thread and so I saw the title I was like OH COOL WHO LOST 20LBS?? well it was me! LOL 

How nice that it was brought alive again and look at all the support! Yep it is true...I am down 31lbs from when I started LDL in May

Good for you!!  Keep up the good work!!  I have lost 30 pounds since May 26th.  Christmas has been a real experience.  I think the secret is to take baby steps.  I am trying to get back on board as we speak.  Happy New Year!!
