Pam, you're over the hump -- you now have lost more weight than the remainder you have to lose . One pound at a time, one week at a time, one month at a time and it will be gone before you know it .

Re: Still Loving the Scales
Thanks, everyone! Your support means more to me than you will ever know . Yes, I'm over half way and only 7 pounds from Onderland! I hope to be at that Onederful place by autumn. I know I will get there in my body's own time, but I sure want to be over that mark! Pam

You are amazing Pam and I look forward to watching your progress. I go from being impatient to see results and regretting I didn't start this sooner, to thinking this is the way life is going to be forever so what's the hurry! Keep up the good work, I'm getting close to Onederland myself. Haven't seen it in awhile. Yippee for us!!

Re: Still Loving the Scales
New weigh-in. Fourteen months on the best plan ever and another 2# gone forever. It's slow and steady, and I'm over the dreaded plateau!!! I am definitely down inches, I have taken in a few of my clothes and given away some others that I was hanging on to. My friend brought me more of hers that are now too big for her. I wore a pair of the pants she gave me yesterday. They fit great, and I was thrilled to discover a size 14 size tag in them when I took them off last night. BTW, my friend has dropped the rest of the weight she struggled with on Weight Watchers. She just couldn't get into LDL because she was afraid of the quantities. I tried to explain that she could choose to eat as little or as much as she needed to be satisfied, but for her weight loss= deprivation. She looks great, but I watched her over the past 3 days weigh and measure everything and even leave salad greens on her plate (along with other foods). That is not for me! I love the freedom of LDL. I have found and am living my miracle!!! Pam

Yeah, Pam!
I am close behind you looking foreward to those 14's.
Still maintaining here but like you, I know it is going away for good.

Re: Still Loving the Scales
Yeah Pam! SO glad that plateau is behind you. You are really closing in on your goal!
I do agree with you. I never could sustain any success when I had to weigh and measure everything. I could be good for a long while but eventually the portions would get a little bigger and there it would all go.
LDL works best for me and I am sticking with it.

Re: Still Loving the Scales
I am so happy for you Pam. You are right this is such a wonderful plan I can't imagine going back to measuring and weighing everything. I love not feeling hungry all the time on a diet and being obsessed about my next meal.
