My wife and I have been on ldl now for 7 weeks and I have lost approx. 16 lbs. and my wife has lost approx. 13 lbs. The weight loss of course is great but the other benefits are even better. Before ldl I was taking ant acids 2 to 3 times a day because of acid reflux, and since I've been on ldl my acid reflux is non existant. My clothes are fitting looser and looser and that is a wonderful thing. The greatest thing though is to see the smile come back to my wife's face when she now looks in the mirror and sees that she is looking thinner. Her belt is now too loose and she has no more holes to use. All of this and you never have to go hungry again. God has truly given us a blessing with ldl.
