Hello everyone I havent been on in awhile just to busy..... But I cant take it anymore I just have to post my weight loss. The 17th was my 1 month on LDL. 9lbs. gone. Happy Dance!!!!!!!  :laughing:  Happy Days Are Here Agin. Thank God I found this plan. And a big thank you to Rodger, and to everyone on the message boards.

Thank yall so much for all the encourgement. This is truly the best thing I have ever done. As for as the girls at work, they have lost weight, but :stop: they are also having CHEAT days with things like candy and pizza, because they just cant take it any longer, but not me. I just keep on keeping on with my LDL foods that I love. And they all know how much I love my LDL foods. The truth is they will have to go off there diets some day, and then try to keep the weight off. And we all know how that story will end. Me on the other hand will never go off LDL. That is a promise I have made to myself. I still have quite a bit to lose ( lets just say maybe 30lbs.)  :shock: There I finally let the cat out of the bag, so to speak. I just know that this "DIET" is truly a God send. Oh by the way CQ I made ur Fire Roasted Tomatoes with okra and beans. OMG!!! SOOO GOOD!! Finished it off at work today then came home and made another pot. Yall take care and have a good nite.
