doing well

I have been back to doing Lets do lunch successfully for the last five days. I feel good. It is not hard to do as long as I remember to eat lots of fruit. I am going to hold off weighing myself for a while though, because I don't want to expect too much too soon. At last check, I lost 19 pounds. Can't complain about that! One thing I was confused about though was in the book Roger says not to eat fruit between your daytime meals. Why would that be?
