I HAVE ONLY BEEN ON THE PROGRAM SINCE MONDAY, AND I AM ALREADY SEEING RESULTS! I WOKE UP THIS MORNING FEELING LIGHTER SO I TRIED ON A PAIR OF JEANS THAT I COULD NOT GET INTO.  AND GUESS WHAT??? I GOT THEM ON....ZIPPED AND BUTTON THEM! I AM SO HAPPY!!! I HAD TO COME ON HERE TO TELL YA'LL.
