Down 26#

I have been on LDL since Nov. 2, 09, and have lost 26#. 10 of these #s were what I had struggled with trying to eat healthy and small portions. I lost and kept off 10# during a year. When I started LDL on Nov. 2, 09, I simply could not believe how easily the weight is coming off. It seems so effortless. As of this morning, 1-11-10, I have lost a total of 16# since Nov. 2, 09. I can hardly believe it, but sure am happy about it. I must admit that the holidays were sure a struggle for me and I fell off the wagon several times, but have done well since. If I had not fell off the wagon, I suspect the weightloss would have been more. Nonetheless, I am certainly happy that I have found a WOE that works for my body. Thanks so much for sharing this WOE with all of us. I praise God everyday that I saw Roger on 700 Club.
