8 L bees gone!!!!!

I started this WOE 15 days ago-Jan. 5th and today on the 20th I have lost 8 lbs!!!! (42 to go) I am so happy with this plan. If you have not tried the hot pumpkin smoothie for breakfast or dinner, you're missing something good. It's yummy!!! Be blessed today!

Thanks, Mr. Roger, I am aware. I just had to do the initial weigh -in. I know it will slow down. It's ok. LDL is so doable. God bless you all!
