9 Month Update

  **UPDATE**
9 Months have come and gone and I continue to loose - slowly but surely! 22 pounds gone and I feel in control of my eating for the first time in my life! I even made it through the Christmas and New Year's Holidays without gaining anything!! A first for me!!!!   

The recipes posted here have been a life saver. I get so many ideas from everyone. I wish I could attend the San Antonio get-together and meet everyone.
