I Am So Excited!!!!!

Blow ye the trumpet, sound ye the horns, This REALLY WORKS. I started eating the "right" way the beginning of January. At that time I weighed (GASP) 265lbs. I am 5'3' so ... well use your imagination. Today I got on the scale and weighed, Taa Daa 249!
I have been on every diet known to man since 1958, and I can even top Roger Troy. Not that I am proud of this and would never advocate this, but I had a dentist wire my teeth shut for 6 months.
Today, I can honestly say I feel better that I have in ages.( yes, at my age I can use that term)
I need to give credit where credit is due. I know that my Heavenly Father brought this plan to my attention. And I know that it is through his strength that I have not cheated once since starting the plan. Now, THAT is a Miracle.
Thanks to each one of you who take the time to enter your posts and give encouragment as it really helps me when I am struggling. I just come to the website and read the posts.

Welcome! COngratulations on your fantastic resluts. :thumbsup:

I am so filled with happiness for you. My story is very similar to yours so I KNOW how you are feeling about LDL and the positive affect it has on your health. The biggest thing for me was the feeling of hope and resolve. I KNEW I would make it to goal and I am more than half way there.

I hope you will continue to share your experience as it could motivate someone who may be hesitating about starting LDL.

Linda congratulations you are doing wonderful. The Lord led many of us to LDL and we know what a blessing it is to our bodies in so many ways.

I believe I can feel the joy in your posting *hug*

. You'll be at 140 before you know it, especially with the enthusiasm you have for LDL. Of course, this way of eating will help you along the way!
