Hi Everyone.
I'm not much of a poster but I have been reading the boards the past month. I'm on LDL a little over 5 weeks and I finally weighed myself today and found I have lost 10 pounds so far. It took me a while to get into the swing of things but I'm happy with the results so far. Now on to the next 10........

Great news, Abby
It has taken me a while to rearrange my schedule and habits to make this work, but it needed to be done since the way I had always done things only piled the pounds on. People are just now starting to notice and take what I am doing seriously and I have been on it since November.

Nice to hear from you again! You are doing great and I hope you don't get discouraged if your next weigh-in is not as dramatic -- just remember any weight loss is an achievement! Congrats on the 10 pounds gone forever!

I don't know how many pounds that you have to come off, but 10 lbs per month is 120 lbs per year. lol Just keep it up, you won't believe how much better you will look and feel.

Abby, Welcome. LDL is the best. It works without being hungry, nor nagged with cravings. It is also such a healthy WOE. The next 10# will come easily. Joyful Friend

Great job Abby!!! You will learn to love this woe.. Ldl is saving my life.. You have made it through your 1st month.. It gets easier from here.. Beating the sugar cravings is the hardest part.. Keep up the good work!!!

Abby..... that is terrific!! There is nothing in the world that can beat the feeling of waking up in the morning and remembering that you are LOSING weight instead of GAINING, now!!!! I even wake up in the middle of the night sometimes and think.... "Oh WOW.... I don't have to worry any more about how to get rid of all of this blubber!!!!" LDL is still just plain shocking to me.... I just can't get over the pure amazement!!
