Hello Ollie,

I'm still around just haven't had much time to post lately. Been taking some FD classes and teaching some as well. Been a little rough last couple of weeks staying on LDL but for the most part still doing good. Got my eating schedule all out whack, But should be back on schedule this week. That is the nice thing about this ( WOE ) it's real easy to get started back. Been following Ron's progress, Please know that we are praying every day.

Well Tim, my 2nd month weigh-in results are in - I didn't quite match you this month like I did last month.  Only 6 more pounds, for 24 pounds total that I've lost so far.  Oh well, at least the scale is still moving in the right direction.  Best wishes for your 3 month weigh-in coming up soon.

The nicest thing about this whole WOE is it doesn't bother me if isn't a huge weight lost. It's the fact that I know each month I will loose something.

Yep, I'm smaller and healthier than I was at this time last month.  Praise the Lord for small miracles.

Well I'm a day early on my weigh in but I've got a busy weekend ahead of me. As of this afternoon I'm down another 10lbs.. It feels so wonderful to to see them scales going down,down, down. It's been a little bit of struggle this month just because my schedule has been all rearranged,  but I just get right back on track and look what happens. So on to the next month of the best (WOE ). Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and to all the mothers out there may you have a wonderful MOTHERS DAY!!!!!!!

Changed the subject heading to 40 pounds!  WOOHOO! ! !

Way to go, Tim, another 10 lbs - you are pulling ahead of me.  I'm hovering around 24 pounds lost, hopefully scales will start moving soon.
40 lbs total is awesome.  That's a whole lot of "water weight" isn't it?
