 Your doing great there buddy. What ever you do don't get discouraged. I've had a very busy schedule lately and have been more active since I've been loosing, so I think that's helped me out a good bit as well.

Yep, Tim, the busy schedule (softball season here for my girls) and being lots more active (and lots of extra yardwork for me lately) seems to have helped me along, and bust through this plateau.  Monday mornings seem pretty good to me, usually because I'm working my tail off all weekend doing typical "Dad" stuff that needs done.  The scale read 399 for me this morning!  Yeee-Haw!  I'm in Three-derland again!    That makes it 31 pounds lost since I started back in March.

Totally understand the yard work thing. I've let so many things go the last few years. But I too am slowly getting things done as well as a nice big garden full of fresh vegi's. Can't wait till they start producing. Kid's are keeping me busy too.

Well another month down and 11 more pounds gone forever.  :thumbsup: This is the most I've ever lost. Thank you Lord for this ( WOE ). Thank you RT for sharing the Lords gift. Thanks to all the LDL community for you support and ideas.

I love seeing your total pounds lost in your Subject: field  .  51 lbs is AMAZING. And I imagine you love the fact that you can eat until full and not feel guilty stuffing yourself  .  LDL is the ONLY way to lose weight and gain better health, better self-image, and a better life!  Keep up the good work.  ... so, is that like in 3 months, you lost 51 lbs.??  That is so super!  It took me 6 months to lose 50 lbs. -- but I feel very fortunate about that.  No complaints, but comparing the experiences.  I know men lose faster than women, though.  That's over 15 lbs. a month.

Tim, keep up the great work.  Although, I know it isn't work -- it's eating lots of yummy food!  What's so hard about that? 

If anyone is lurking and hasn't jumped into the LDL way of eating and enjoying food, while slimming down -- join us!  You won't believe it truly, until it is happening to you!  Can I get an "Amen!" from the congregation?   

AMEN! I finally have a Before and During pictures to post of DH and I. Now with the pictures I am getting lots of interest.

Hello everyone,

  Had a little setback this month do to vacation. However, I'm not complaining. I still lost 7 more pounds forever. I so love this (WOE) because it's so easy to jump back on the band wagon. Hope everyone had a good 4th.
