We made it to Cedar Point last week.. And the good news is I fit on everything!!!  I was so worried that I wasnt going to fit because of not fitting the last time I went.. We had a wonderful time!! Were making plans to go again next month.. Now i can go with the rest of my family and not be embarrassed..

Thanks everyone.. You guys should get some credit to in my weight loss.. i wouldnt have done it with out all of you!!! Theres so many of you on the site thats giving me so much inspiration and even the newbies!! You guys are great!! Thanks again for all the support.. Im going away for the weekend.. Were going to West Virgina to visit with my husbands family.. They havnt seen us yet since ldl.. There in for a surprise.. I hit the 230's today.. Im so excited.. The funny thing is, we went to are local frozen custard stand and they have the fat free, sugar free yogurt.. This is the 3rd time since being on ldl.. Well everytime i have it i lose weight.. This weekend we had some and i lost 2 pounds that day.. My husband also.. Hes now in the 100's.. hes 195 now.. Im so jealous of him.. Ill catch up sooner or later.. lol.. Im not trying to encourage anyone to go out and eat yogurt, but we lose eating yogurt.. And it doenst give us any craving.. Yesterday it was blue raspberry flavored.. Very yummy!! Have a nice memorial day everyone!!

So great!!!  It is a great way to feel better, eat better, and look better.  You two are an inspiration to me.  We live next door to "Almost Heaven"  West Va.  It is a beautiful state.  Have a wonderful trip.  I also enjoy yogurt without starting cravings.    Joyful Friend
