*love*Yes, Thank you for all of your comments and support.  I am very pleased with the results so far.  I do have to try to keep off of the scale for a couple of days or so.  Once a week would be better, I know.  I will keep posting.  Thank you.

I won't be weighing until I've been on LDL for 1 month (June 1)...it seems (in the past) I would sabotage myself if the scale doesn't say what I thought it should...I would get discouraged and that would be it for me. I've locked my scale away.  :teeth:

Beth- The scale throws me off, too.  I weigh once a month on the 25th- the anniversary of when I started, May 25, 2009.  In the past I weighed almost daily.  If I had lost weight, I celebrated by eating more.  If I had gained weight, I ate to drown my sorrows :bomb:!  Lose, lose, but not weight !!!  So, on LDL I weigh monthly and am confident that my body is responding by discarding pounds and/or inches.  It works!  Win, win!!!  Pam

I would like to stay off the scale.  But I feel disconnected and get off track if I don't weigh in.
I do feel that this eating plan is so easy to stay on though, that I can stay off the scale for a while.
Today I didn't get on.  I'll see how I do.

Roger recommends weighing once a month.  But, since I started LDL July 5, 2009, I have always weighed myself once a week because I found it easier to adjust my eating during the next week if I wasn't getting the results I wanted.  If my scale told me I either gained a pound or I didn't lose any, I increased my fruit intake (works for me), decreased eating all the popcorn I eat (works for me), ate more at my main protein meal (works for me), or simply kept going on doing what I do if the scale went down. What ever you decide to do about when/ how often you weigh yourself is up to you -- whatever works!

Not having the cravings has been the biggest deal so far.  I think I will be able to keep the weigh ins to once a week without losing track on this.
I am very excited to see the results.

This is the easiest and best eating plan I have ever been on!
